From the first meeting at Blechexpo several years ago to final commissioning at the end of last year, a promising initial exchange evolved into an exceptional large-scale project. AL-KO Extraction Technology was responsible for the complete concept, engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, and commissioning – delivering an integrated solution from a single source.
The system includes four AL-KO FLEX UNIT F ECO central filter systems with heat recovery, one AL-KO FLEX UNIT D ECO, two AL-KO CLEAN UNIT D mobile clean-air dust collectors, the AL-KO OIL JET oil and emulsion mist separator, multiple extraction arms, extraction walls, and a comprehensive ductwork system. The result is a powerful, well-designed overall solution for welding, grinding, and polishing in both manual and automated stainless steel processing operations.
