AL-KO delivers extraction technology to Sweden
Market leader Elitfönster opts for AL-KO PROFI JET
High-quality and energy-saving windows are the specialty of the Swedish manufacturer Elitfönster Produktion AB in Vetlanda, located about 190 kilometers east of Göteborg. At the end of 2018 the company modernized its production lines – with a volume of 55 million crowns (about 5.17 million euros), the biggest investment in the company’s history. For the extraction technology for the prestigious project Elitfönster chose the stationary PROFI JET® modular filtration system from AL-KO Extraction Technology.
Before making an offer, the experts at AL-KO visited the plant together with the trading partner Svensk Innovativ Träteknik (SIT) to assess the conditions at the site. The overall package and the convincing advantages of the AL-KO PROFI JET filtration system – high filtration performance, outstanding energy efficiency and minimal noise emissions – fulfilled the high demands of the customer.
Best performance and highest efficiency
Two radial fans, each with an output of 37 kW and suction power of 4,700 Pa, easily achieve the required air flow rate of 45,000 m³/h. Time-proven AL-KO OPTI JET® filter cleaning technology provides for high cost effectiveness. In addition, the insulated panel construction of the PROFI JET system achieves the highest thermal efficiency class in the industry, and additional silencing baffles ensure the high level of sound insulation required by Elitfönster.
