AL-KO POWER UNIT – even more efficient

More efficiency and more performance
At the LIGNA trade fair, the specialists presented proven technology and a number of innovations for woodworking companies at Stand D15 in Hall 12, including revised versions of the proven AL-KO POWER UNIT mobile clean air dust extractor. In addition to the AL-KO POWER UNIT 120 M – equipped with a new control unit – there is the AL-KO POWER UNIT 160 K with performance-optimised jet impulse cleaning (AL-KO OPTI JET): the filter elements are automatically and regularly cleaned of adhering dust and chipped wood by a blast of compressed air. This guarantees optimum air permeability at all times, significantly extends the filter service life and contributes to the high efficiency of the system. This system is equipped with the patented AL-KO LEVEL CONTROL 21 container monitoring system and the patented AL-KO CLEAN STAUBSCHOTT for dust-free container replacement.
AL-KO Extraction Technology also presented the AL-KO POWER UNIT 250 P-ZRS FU: With IE4 drive and optimised impeller geometry, it achieves up to 30 percent more vacuum with the same drive load compared to the previous version. The frequency converter (FU) enables particularly energy-efficient operation. With the optional rotary valve (ZRS), the extracted material (chipped wood and dust) is automatically discharged – in this way, the extraction process can continue without interruption.
