AL-KO Extraction Technology at HOLZ-HANDWERK 2022
AL-KO Extraction Technology will be on site at the leading trade fair for the joinery, carpentry and carpentry trades, presenting its solutions for the industry in Hall 9 at Stand 9-312.
For the 20th time, the woodworking industry will meet in Nuremberg at HOLZ-HANDWERK, the trade fair for machine technology and production requirements. Parallel to this, the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE will also take place again.

A real benefit in the workplace
At its booth in Nuremberg, AL-KO Extraction Technology will present its proven, low-noise systems for the extraction of wood chips and dusts.
The highlights are:
- AL-KO POWER UNIT® 350+: The pure air dust extractor reliably removes chips and dusts and separates them safely. It will be presented with chip collection barrels and the patented AL-KO LEVEL CONTROL 21 level sensor for ATEX zone 21. However, the POWER UNIT will also be offered with a rotary valve or a briquette press. The deduster can be connected to stand-alone units or processing centers and is a real alternative to conventional stationary filter systems. Permit-free and with minimal noise emissions, the unit is ideal for installation in the workroom of small and medium-sized joineries.
- AL-KO POWER UNIT® 200: The pure air deduster convinces according to the principle less energy, more power. Optimizations to the unit’s fan efficiency result in five percent more negative pressure with 33 percent less electrical power consumption. The POWER UNIT 200 comes with a rotary valve for automatic material discharge.
- AL-KO COLOUR JET: The mobile paint mist extraction system effectively ensures paint mist and solvent-free room air wherever painting is carried out. The pre-filter has a paint mist separation efficiency of around 86 percent, while the downstream fine air filter has a separation efficiency of around 92 to 97 percent. The powerful high-performance fan ensures high extraction performance at low operating costs and extremely low noise levels.
- AL-KO PROFI JET a briquette press: The stationary system filter unit ideally combines individuality and standardization. From a wide portfolio of standard modules, we put together the right solution for your individual needs. The modular design not only ensures fast and thus cost-effective assembly.
