Functionality
The highly effective filtration system of the AL-KO OIL JET emulsion and oil mist separators includes three standard filter stages that clean the extracted air from emulsion components and material particles. The first filter stage (a washable metal mesh filter) removes coarse particles. The second filter stage consists of a drained, nano coated mat (LoTex®) with frame. The main filter cassette, acting as the third filter stage, removes the finest residual particles (ePM1 80%). The emulsion separated in the second filter stage is collected in the lower part of the unit and can be drained.

Applications and Areas of Use
The AL-KO OIL JET oil mist separators are designed for use on modern lathes, machine tools, and metal cutting equipment. Extraction of emulsion and oil mist takes place directly from the machining chamber. AL-KO OIL JET units are suitable for all common coolants and lubricants. They can be mounted directly on the machine tool or placed next to it on an optional stand column. Depending on the size of the machine chamber, operating time, and coolant used, either the OIL JET 600 or the more powerful OIL JET 1200 model is selected.
