The leading trade fair for the carpentry, joinery and carpentry trades will take place in Nuremberg from March 19 to 22. AL-KO Extraction Technology will be showcasing proven and up-to-date solutions for clean air. The PROFI JET® system filter unit, which impresses with its modular design and wide range of possible applications, will be the focus of the trade fair presentation (Hall 9, Stand 9-313).

AL-KO PROFI JET – powerful, efficient and quick to install
With the PROFI JET series, AL-KO Extraction Technology has a powerful and versatile system filter unit in its range, which has proven itself many times in use and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design makes it possible to plan the filter system precisely to meet the required specifications. The housing is quickly assembled from the prefabricated modules, and even larger installations often only take a day.
The AL-KO PROFI JET is designed for a volume flow from 12,000 m3/h, and can be scaled upwards for almost any required air volume – individual application examples from practice range up to 140,000 m3/h. The insulated wall panels of the housing provide excellent noise protection and minimize heat loss as standard. If required, heat and sound insulation can be further increased for whisper-quiet operation and optimum thermal efficiency. In many cases, complete air recirculation operation is possible, thus saving heating costs.
The patented AL-KO OPTI JET® filter cleaning system ensures consistently high extraction performance: the filter elements are automatically cleaned of adhering dust and chips by a blast of compressed air, which also increases the service life of the filters. In addition, there is a wide range of options for individual system configuration and an extensive range of accessories to choose from, not least frequency converters for adjusting the fan performance as required. An ATEX-compliant version for use of the AL-KO PROFI JET in potentially explosive environments is also available.
At HOLZ-HANDWERK, AL-KO Extraction Technology will be presenting the current state of the PROFI JET series with energy-efficient IE4 drives, modern, convenient control technology including a brilliant touchscreen display and the option of executing numerous functions remotely.
