AL-KO CLEAN UNIT D, DEx, F – Powerful, Efficient, Mobile

The mobile extraction systems of the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT series are available with extraction capacities ranging from 2,200 to 6,000 m³/h. The pure air dust collectors AL-KO CLEAN UNIT D are ideal for industrial processes where dust and coarse particles are released, such as in the processing of metals and plastics, as well as in the food and chemical industries.

The AL-KO CLEAN UNIT DEx devices are specifically designed for the extraction and filtration of chips and dust during the mechanical processing of aluminum. An external expert report confirms the suitability of these mobile extraction systems for the separation of aluminum dust and other explosive dusts of class ST1 in dry processes. The mobile welding fume filters AL-KO CLEAN UNIT F offer an ideal solution for the extraction of fumes during manual welding, at automated welding stations, or with welding robots.

Pure air dust extractor AL-KO CLEAN UNIT D Ex - in this version, the unit has been specially developed for dry extraction of class ST1 aluminium dust.

AL-KO FLEX UNIT – High Performance and Flexibility

The stationary extraction systems of the AL-KO FLEX UNIT series offer standard models with extraction capacities ranging from 5,750 to 20,000 m³/h. These central filter systems are suitable for the extraction and separation of fine dust in almost all manufacturing processes in industry and trade. Large-area filter cartridges ensure effective dust separation, with the cleaned exhaust air either being recirculated back into the hall or discharged outside.

Four standard variants of the AL-KO FLEX UNIT D form the basis for individual, application-specific configurations, such as for larger air volumes and filter areas. For the extraction of fumes generated during welding, cutting, and thermal separation, the cartridge filter systems AL-KO FLEX UNIT F are the ideal solution.

AL-KO OPTI JET® for Consistently High Filter Performance

The patented filter cleaning system AL-KO OPTI JET® is standardly integrated into the pure air dust collectors AL-KO POWER UNIT and the filter systems AL-KO FLEX UNIT. This innovative process ensures consistently high extraction performance by automatically cleaning the filter elements with compressed air blasts, even during extraction operation, to remove adhering dust and chips.

Other features of all series from AL-KO Extraction Technology include energy-efficient drives (IE3, IE4, and higher), high-quality construction (e.g., with powder-coated steel sheet panels), and state-of-the-art control technology. Optional frequency converters are available, enabling performance-based and thus particularly energy-saving operation.
