The AL-KO OIL JET effectively and efficiently extracts oil and emulsion mist directly in the machining area of all common turning, grinding, and milling machines. AL-KO OIL JET is available in two different performance classes: AL-KO OIL JET 600 and 1200, for an air volume flow of 600 and 1,200 m³/h, respectively.

The highly effective filtration system features three filter stages, where the extracted air is cleaned of emulsion components and particles. The separated emulsion is collected in the lower part of the unit and can be drained cleanly. Changing the filter elements is simple and tool-free.

Additional options and accessories are available, including a manometer for monitoring filter resistance or a potentiometer for fine-tuning the suction power.
